Meet Malarie

After graduation in 2007, my path seemed pretty straight. I would get my undergraduate degree at the local community college, I would work, and I would advance my career through hardwork and following all the rules set in front of me by my new bosses. It seemed foolproof. I would then get my master's degree, make more money, climb the corporate ladder, and it would be grand!

Before too long, I found myself in a failed marriage and a new job at 26. So, what do you do when you feel like you have failed at something? You overcompensate in other areas. I was always good at being a good hire. I worked hard, and before I knew it, I was managing an entire HR department in a construction company. Not only was I burned out at 31, but I didn't recognize myself.

After 6 more years of a winding path, I have finally landed in my purpose. To help millennials like me break norms and be renewed.

Coaching & Christ
My journey is a twisted road, like I'm sure yours is. I found myself reaching for self-help books; if only you could see how many there were. And things were still not working...
On January 9th, 2023, I began my journey to get to know God through Jesus Christ. Through my daily journaling, habits began to turn into decisions, and those decisions started to determine my future.

I started studying the Bible and really listening to His Word as I read. It has been three years of journaling, reading my study Bible, and speaking to Jesus every day - and He has taught me so much.
For a long time, I have separated my faith from my work. But not anymore. I am who I am because of my faith, and I work as I do because of my faith. Coaching you to find your purpose is the goal, but we cannot do that without God.
